Our GymPro gymnastics skills classes in Brampton are built for athletes who want to master one specific skill at a time. At All Star Sports Centre, each GymPro class gives focused, expert instruction in a supportive environment, whether your child is chasing their first handstand or refining a back handspring. These specialized classes break big skills into safe, manageable progressions, blending technique, strength training and flexibility work. It is skill-specific gymnastics training designed to help gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders break through a plateau and reach the next level, faster and with real confidence.
Each class targets essential skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, flips, and dedicated strength and flexibility work, with progressions tailored to gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and other sports.
GymPro is different from a regular weekly class. Instead of covering every event, each class zooms in on a single skill so your athlete gets concentrated, expert attention exactly where they need it. Taught by our certified coaches in Brampton, every class follows clear, safe progressions with sensible prerequisites, so athletes build skills the right way and avoid picking up bad habits.
You can meet our certified coaching team to see the experience behind every class.
