All Star Sports Centre has been running tumbling classes in Brampton for years, serving families across Caledon, Bolton and north Mississauga inside a 17,000 square foot facility built specifically for gymnastics training. Children ages 6 and up train on a dedicated spring floor with coaches who focus on safe technique and steady progression through every level.
Whether your child is taking their first beginner tumbling class or working toward advanced passes, every athlete at All Star follows a structured level system and progresses at their own pace with coaches who track development from session to session. Parents can watch from the viewing area throughout every class.
Tumbling at All Star is floor based skill work. No prior experience is needed to start and there is no audition or tryout process. Athletes enter at the correct level for their age and ability, and every level builds directly on the one before it. Coaches adjust to each child rather than running a one size fits all class.
Many families across Brampton, Caledon and surrounding areas have their children train tumbling alongside our recreational gymnastics classes for girls and boys gymnastics program, since the skills in each program genuinely support each other.
The starting point for every tumbler at All Star. Athletes build flexibility through splits and bridges, develop upper body and core strength, and learn foundational skills including handstands and cartwheels, with early progressions toward walkovers. No prerequisites and no experience required.

Intermediate tumblers build on their foundation with front and back walkovers, round offs, side aerials and back and front handsprings. Coaches focus on alignment, body control and the physical conditioning needed to execute springing skills with proper form.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Prerequisite: Handstand hold, cartwheel with flight and spring, back walkover
Recommended schedule: 1 to 2 times per week
Advanced athletes work through round off back handsprings, front and back tucks, layout step outs and complex skill combinations at a fast pace. Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are part of what this level demands.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Prerequisite: Side aerial and back handspring
Recommended schedule: 1 to 2 times per week
A significant number of All Star athletes train tumbling specifically to support their performance in cheer and dance. Coaches understand the skill demands of both disciplines and structure training to deliver exactly the back handspring technique and floor skills that cheer and dance athletes need to progress. If your child competes or performs and wants to sharpen their tumbling, this is the right program.
Every level builds flexibility, upper body and core strength, body awareness, coordination and confidence. The level system ensures no athlete skips steps that matter. Skills learned at each stage prepare athletes physically and technically for what comes next, and the qualities that develop in the gym carry over into every other sport and activity your child pursues.
All Star Sports Centre has spent years building a coaching team and a facility that work together to get results for children at every skill level. Families travel from across Brampton, Caledon, Bolton, Woodbridge and north Mississauga to train here. Coaches give athletes individual attention within small class sizes. You can learn more about our coaching team and our facility before your child’s first session.
