Our Recreational Gymnastics programs build strong fundamentals in a positive, structured environment. Athletes will develop flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, confidence, and a love for the sport at every level.
Our recreational programs will compliment any sport! With six Olympic events, it will provide challenge and skill progressions needed to develop strength, power, flexibility, skill progressions, and build character. Athletes will grow strong, focused, and confident.

Our daughter has been attending All Star Sports for a year and a half and looks forward to it each week. She has had a consistent coach who has encouraged her to push boundaries. She has developed great body control and body awareness. The classes are great are teaching how to progress movements. Overall, we are so pleased and look forward to watching her grow here over the next few years. My husband and I have also taken their adult classes and enjoyed the exercise piece while having fun!
A great gymnastics training facility in Brampton. The gym has a dedicated area for younger children. The smaller area has a trampoline, balance beams of different heights and uneven bars so they get the full experience of gymnastics from a young age. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone interested in gymnastics at any level.
