Whether you’re a gymnast, dancer, or cheerleader, our All Star Tumbling Program is designed to take your floor skills to the next level — from mastering the basics to confidently performing flips and aerials with safety and precision. The All Star Tumbling Program is a progressive, skill-based training system developed for athletes of all ages and abilities. Our certified coaches provide safe, structured instruction in a supportive environment, focusing on strength, technique, and confidence at every level.

Beginner Tumbling | (Levels 1-4)
6 yrs + 1 hr

This introductory tumbling class is designed to establish a strong foundation in essential gymnastic skills. Participants will focus on developing flexibility through structured work on splits and bridges, while also building strength in the upper body, core, and lower body. The curriculum includes fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and introductory progressions toward walkovers, preparing students for more advanced tumbling techniques.

Pre-requisite: None
Recommended Schedule: 1-hour class, 1–2 times per week

Intermediate Tumbling | (Levels 5-8) 6 yrs + 1.5 hrs

This class is designed to help students progress in strength, flexibility, and technique as they build on foundational tumbling skills. Tumblers will work toward mastering front and back walkovers, while also learning proper form and technique for dynamic skills such as roundoffs, side aerials, back handsprings, front handsprings, and more. A strong emphasis is placed on body control, alignment, and the physical conditioning required to safely support and execute springing skills.

Pre-requisite: Handstand hold, cartwheel with spring, and back walkover
Recommended Schedule: 1.5-hour class, 1–2 times per week

Advanced Tumbling | (Levels 9 - 10)
8 yrs + 1.5 hrs

This high-level class focuses on advanced skills such as round-off back handsprings, front and back tucks, layout step-outs, front and side aerials, and complex tumbling combinations. The pace is fast, with increased intensity in both skill development and conditioning to support strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.. Consistent training and a strong work ethic are essential. Continued attendance is recommended to sustain progress and to learn,  improve and master skills. 

Pre-requisite: Side aerial and back handspring
Recommended Schedule: 1.5-hour class, 1–2 times per week
