Open Gym – Ages 6–12

Perfect for younger gymnasts who love to move!

Our kids’ Open Gym is a safe, supervised, and super fun space to explore gymnastics equipment like bars, beams, floor, trampoline, and tumble track.  Try new skills or learn some basics, we’ll bend over backwards! 

Choose the drills and or skills you want to work on, with supervision by certified coaches

  • Start with a group warm-up, conditioning time, then choose your own adventure!
  • All levels welcome – no experience needed!
  • Need help? Just Ask!  We’re here to help! 

Class length: 1.5 hours
No prerequisites required

Open Gym – Ages 13+

Teens, adults, it’s all about having real gym time!

Whether you’re training for fun, perfecting a skill, or just want a different way to stay active with friends, this is your safe space to move, and your choice. 

  • Access to all gym equipment, including trampoline & tumble track
  • Unstructured, but always supervised by a certified coach
  • Work on what you want, at your own pace

Class length: 1.5 hours
No prerequisites required
