Classes run year-round, beginning in July to the end of June
New members are welcome to start the first week of any month. See Gym Year Calendar link below
Minimum enrolment for classes is 3 months
Minimum enrolment for testing is 8 weeks
Each month consists of 4 classes
Tuition for classes is monthly, due on the 1st of each month
Annual Membership Fee (Gymnastics Ontario Membership) $55.00 per person July 1 – June 30th. * Cannot be prorated
All fees + HST
To withdraw, email (by the 15th of the month) to cancel for the next month – no exceptions

When a spot becomes available, or new classes or camps open, waitlisted members are contacted first
Skills achieved are recorded in real time using our Skill Tracking Program
Parents can view their child’s progress in their Jackrabbit account
Gymnasts must attend a minimum of 8 weeks prior to all Achievement Weeks, to allow for adequate learning time.
Levels 3+ may take multiple testing periods to achieve the skills
Level 7+ are tested 2X per year due to increase i time needed to achieve skills
Gymnasts must move to the next level class if necessary when they achieve their level. This may require a day/time change. You do not need to re-enrol. Simply call or email our office team to change classes.
A new class that is longer in duration, will require a fee change

Girls
✔ One piece gymsuit is required
✔ We recommend fitted shorts to go over the gymsuit
✔ Bare feet or gymnastics slippers with a suede bottom
✔ Long hair that reaches the eyes must be tied up
✔ No jewelry
✔ Tights without the feet are ok
✔ No cellphones in the gym
Boys
✔ Singlet (boys gymsuit) or fitted tank and shorts
✔ Shorts and fitted tank or fitted t-shirt tucked in
✔ No jewelry
✔ No cellphones in the gym
Parents (participating)
✔ Gym clothes, leggings, t-shirt, sweats, etc.
✔ Indoor shoes only
✔ No jeans
✔ No cell phones in the classes while participating
