Welcome to All Star Kids DayCamps!

Want to send your child where they will learn skills, stay fit AND have fun?  How about a camp where kids never get bored?  All Star Kids DayCamps is the camp for your child! They’ll have a blast with jam packed activities including gymnastics, trampoline, outdoor games, tumbling, relays and more. There is something for everyone!  There is a Jungle Gym Camp for the little ones or basic Preschool & Gym ‘n’ Tramp Camps, Tumbling Camps, or even a Combo Camp where campers experience a bit of everything!

*Daytrips

Daytrips make our campers summer more enjoyable, help forge friendships and create memories that can last a lifetime!  Our daytrips are ‘optional’ for campers.   Children are transported by bus to the location of the daytrip and return within regular hours.  All campers receive a memo the first day of camp with details.  All daytrips will be held on Thursdays. Campers who chose to remain at the gym will have a regular camp schedule.  There is an additional fee for all daytrips payable the first day of camp.

Jungle Gym Camp

Age: 3

Half Day only 9 am – 12 pm

This creative environment helps children to learn, grow and interact through gymnastics, arts, story time and outdoor water play. The program provides safe, controlled classes and offers structured, fun activities that develop coordination, balance and strength - exactly what kids need at this stage. It will enhance your child's self-confidence and develop their social skills. Participants must be toilet trained. There are no daytrips.

Preschool Camp

Ages: 4 and 5

Half or Full Day(am or pm)

This themed camp has a focus on fun, fitness and fundamentals and includes making friends and developing social skills. Campers learn skills on the vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline as well as develop upper body strength by climbing on our gym ropes. They also enjoy arts, interactive games, story time and outdoor activities. Kids enjoy an afternoon matinee every Friday!  May be offered ‘optional’ daytrips.

Gym ‘n’ Tramp Camp

Ages: 6 – 8 yrs / 9 – 12 yrs

Half or Full Day

This is a themed camp with more focus on activity than crafts. At this age campers want a faster pace, more structure and focus on basic gymnastics skills. The camp consists of exercises that specifically develop flexibility, strength and coordination. In addition to gymnastics, camp includes interactive games, trampoline, creative art and outdoor activities. Kids enjoy an afternoon matinee every Friday! Ask about our exciting day trips available.

Tumbling Camp

This is the ideal camp for Dancers, Cheerleaders and Gymnasts!!!  It’s surprising how much skill a child can lose over a summer without practice. This camp was designed to help dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts learn and maintain their skills and passion for their sports or arts during the summer. This is an intense tumbling camp – no crafts here! Participants will do conditioning to strengthen core muscles, maintain flexibility and develop acrobatic skills to take back and apply to their routines. Participants are assessed on arrival on the first day and grouped where possible according to skill level.

Beginner Tumbling

Ages: 6 yrs+ Half Day Only (am or pm)

Participants will learn back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheels, one armed cartwheels and begin to learn roundoffs. Cheerleaders will work jumps, rolls and dive rolls instead of walkovers.

Pre-requisite: Good bridge and handstand. Cheerleaders are not required to do a bridge.

Intermediate Tumbling

Ages: 6 yrs+

Participants will fully develop their roundoffs, aerials (good-side), back handsprings and roundoff back handsprings. Cheerleaders will master advanced jumps, dive rolls and replace aerials with drills for standing back tucks.

Pre-requisite: Front and back walkover, handstand support against a wall for 30 seconds, ability to jump, one side splits, 30 sit-ups, 20 pushups.

Advanced Tumbling

Ages: 6 yrs+ Half Day Only (am or pm)

Participants will learn their “other side” aerials, aerial fronts, roundoff, two backhandsprings and layout stepout. Cheerleaders will work on front tuck step out, standing back tucks and layouts and roundoff backhandspring back tucks and layouts as well as twisting if they are ready to progress.

Pre-requisite: Aerial, round off, standing back handspring, 30-second handstand, 30 sit-ups, 20 pushups.

Gym ‘n’ Tramp & Tumbling Camp Combo

Ages:  6 yrs+ Full Day Camp

Back by popular demand! If you want more than what our regular camps offer consider our combo camp. This camp is designed for campers who want variety and challenge.  They will experience half a day of regular camp with a variety of events and activities and a half day in our intense tumbling camp.  No experience is necessary!

Power Tumbling Camp

Ages: 9 yrs+ Half Day Camp (pm only)

For the more serious dancers, cheerleaders and/or gymnasts interested in developing their required tumbling lines or just to try out the sport of power tumbling.  Particpants will work skills for Power Tumbling such as roundoff 2 backhandsprings to back tuck, whip backs, layouts, fulls, double fulls, double backs etc, depending on their level of abilitiy and potential.  Keeners may even be asked to join our Competitive Power Tumbling program for the season!

Prerequisite:  Solid roundoff backhandpring, backhandspring connected.
