Refund Policy
New members may request a refund within the first 4 lessons to allow them time to see if the program suits their needs. For repeat members, all fees are non refundable after the start of the first class. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes however special cases will be considered. To request a refund please contact us and allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing. Refunds do not include annual insurance fees and are subject to a $15 processing fee. Classes can be changed with a $10 class change fee.
