Policies and Procedures
To Register Online
- Complete the registration form in full. You must click I ACCEPT on the waiver in order to process your registration.
- On line registrations are accepted with credit card payment only.
- Full payment for all programs plus the membership fee is required.
- Current and prior members must use their assigned username for online registrations.
- Please DO NOT CREATE a new account if you forget your username, simply contact our office staff for assistance.
To Register By Phone
- Call us with your information and credit card #.
- Our office staff will process your registration for your (full payment is required).
- Download the waiver online, sign it and bring to the office the on first class.
To Register In Person
- Simply visit our facility and give our office staff your information. An account will be created for you and registration is done on the spot.
- Single, FULL payments can be made by debit, cheques and credit card.
- An installment option is by postdated cheques only.
Registration Guidelines
- Classes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All payments must be submitted at the time of registration in order to secure your child’s spot.
- After start of the term, any class changes made by the parent will be charged a fee of $10 per family.
- Please assume that your class is confirmed unless you receive a call from our office staff.
- NSF cheques will be charged a fee of $25. After notification, a credit card payment must be made within 3 working days to hold your child’s spot in their program. If two NSF cheques are received, debit, credit card or certified cheques will be accepted.
Free Trial Class
- One free trial class is allowed per child prior to becoming a member.
- Another trial class may be allowed for trying a completely different program.
- A trial class can be booked over the phone.
- Our office staff will provide a form with class day/time.
- Parents must pick up the form at the office on arrival at the gym.
- The form is to be given to the coach on that day.
- The child must come prepared to participate wearing athletic attire.
- There are no trial classes for camp.
Refund Policy
- All fees are non refundable after the start of the first class or camp day.
- There are no credits or refunds for missed classes, including camps.
- If a class is closed or moved by All Star Sports Centre and it does not suit you, a refund is possible. (A refund request form must be completed at the office. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks for processing).
- Any class cancellations by the club will have a makeup class on a designated day and time. The club is obligated to provide a makeup class for any cancellations due to staffing. There are no refunds for cancelled classes where a make-up class has been provided.
- There are no refunds for classes/camps cancelled due to inclement weather.
