If you’re looking for a recreational or competitive gym you have arrived at Brampton’s premier gymnastics facility. Our primary focus is on safety, skilled training and cleanliness with a keen eye to providing a fun, encouraging environment for all our athletes.

All Star BootCamp – Ages 18 & Up

This program has been added at the request of many members. We’ve been asked to create a program that coincides with your kid’s class times so we did. Our members want to get fit too instead of just sitting and watching their children get their exercise. It is a general purpose program to help you loose weight or simply tone your muscles and stay in shape. It offers personalized training without paying for a personal trainer. Classes are held indoors in our air conditioned fitness studio, in the gym and, weather permitting, outdoors.

Get all the personal attention you need to achieve your weight and fitness goals with the guidance of our experienced, certified personal trainers and class sizes of only 5 to 1. You’ll be amazed as you watch pounds and inches disappear! You’ll feel CONFIDENT and ENERGIZED with a smiling positive attitude.

We did 3 important things to make this very easy and convenient:

  1. Classes run at prime times – mornings, evenings and Saturdays
  2. If you have children enrolled in other programs BOOTCAMP will coincide with their classes. Instead of watching them get fit, get your exercise too!
  3. Start any time! If you begin part way through a program we’ll prorate your fee.

What You Get:

  • Private weigh in, body measure and fitness assessment
  • Reassessment mid term and end of the term to see your results
  • Intense but safe conditioning or low impact exercises
  • Nutrition guidance

Exercises Include: Cardio exercises, ab toning, butt firming, ground and ball work. You’ll enjoy Pilates routines, gymnastics conditioning, resistance training and even trampoline.

What You Need To Bring: Running shoes, shorts or yoga pants and a T-shirt or tank top that covers the waist. Bring a water bottle and small towel. We’ll supply everything else - stability balls, weights, mats, ropes and resistance bands.


Flexible Program Suits Any Schedule


Terms: 10, 20 or 40 weeks Frequency: 2, 3 or 5 times per week
Times: Classes are offered 55 minutes each - Mon/Wed mornings 10 & 11am, evenings 6, 7 & 8pm and Saturdays 9, 10 & 11am and 1pm. You choose your classes at the time of registration.
